AI Product Engineer

1. Role Overview

Vindicor is building a review-first chargeback operations product that connects Stripe disputes with Shopify order context. As an AI Product Engineer, you will own product features that turn source records, recommendations, and evidence gaps into clear operator workflows.

This is a full-stack role. The work spans product UI, backend services, integrations, model-assisted features, and the safeguards required for financial operations.

2. What You’ll Own

  • Build end-to-end product features across the Next.js frontend and FastAPI backend
  • Turn Stripe and Shopify records into clear, reviewable case workflows
  • Integrate model-assisted drafting and evaluation with deterministic checks and human approval
  • Improve reliability across APIs, background jobs, state transitions, and audit records
  • Instrument features so failures, latency, and decision quality can be investigated
  • Work directly with the founder to turn operator problems into shipped product

3. What You’ll Bring

4. Working at Vindicor

You will work closely with the founder and have broad ownership of the product surface you build. Decisions are documented, tested, and reviewed against real chargeback workflows.

Compensation, equity, schedule, time off, equipment, and other employment terms are discussed directly during the interview process.
