Questions before a pilot? Start here. /

//
001
What does Vindicor bring into one queue?

Stripe disputes, deadlines, and available payment records, plus Shopify order and customer context and merchant-uploaded evidence.

//
002
How does fight or pass work?

The recommendation considers expected value, evidence coverage, urgency, and win probability. Your team can override it.

//
003
Does Vindicor submit disputes automatically?

The current workflow keeps the operator in control. Review the available evidence and representment packet before choosing the next step.

//
004
What do I need for a pilot?

A Stripe account and a team responsible for post-chargeback recovery. Shopify context can be connected when it supports the investigation.

//
005
Is the pilot free?

Yes. The private pilot is free. We agree the scope with each team based on dispute volume and workflow needs.
