Product Designer (AI Systems)

Vindicor is an operational product for people reviewing chargebacks under time pressure. As a Product Designer, you will shape the case views, queues, evidence states, and approval flows that help an operator understand what happened and decide what to do next.

This is a contract role focused on complex B2B workflows. The work should feel calm, precise, and fast to scan without hiding important detail.

• Map chargeback workflows from dispute intake through review and outcome tracking
• Design information architecture for dense case, evidence, and queue views
• Define clear states for missing data, conflicts, recommendations, overrides, and approvals
• Create prototypes that test hierarchy and interaction before implementation
• Extend the visual system across desktop and responsive layouts
• Work with engineering on accessible behavior, edge cases, and implementation details

This is a remote contract role with direct founder and engineering collaboration. You will work on clearly scoped product problems and review the implementation against the original workflow.
