Evidence coverage describes whether the important facts in a case have supporting source records. It is a readiness signal, not a guarantee that a dispute will be won.

Present

A present item has an identifiable source in Stripe, Shopify, or merchant-provided material and can support part of the case.

Missing or conflicting

A missing item has not been found. A conflicting item disagrees with another record or needs operator confirmation. Both remain visible rather than being silently filled.

Use in review

Coverage helps an operator decide whether the case is ready, needs more research, or does not justify further work.
